THE FIRST HELLO

A discovery conversation where we talk through your vision, venue, and the story you want your stationery to tell. No pressure, no templates, just a chance to get to know each other.

30 MINUTES • VIDEO OR IN-PERSON

CONCEPT & ILLUSTRATION

I create a custom design direction including color palette, typography, and original illustrations rendered just for your wedding: venue sketches, monograms, florals, or maps.

3-4 WEEKS

PROOFING & REFINEMENT

We refine every detail together: paper weight, ink color, envelope lining, calligraphy style. Three rounds of revisions are included so the suite feels exactly right.

2-3 WEEKS

PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT

I oversee printing, letterpress, foiling, and assembly with my trusted production partners. Every press check, every envelope handled personally, so you don't have to think about a thing.

2-3 WEEKS

DELIVERY & WEDDING DAY

Your suites beautifully packaged, ready to mail. We also coordinate any day-of pieces — menus, escort cards, signage — so the paper story carries all the way through.

ONGOING THROUGH YOUR WEDDING DAY

INVESTMENT & TIMELINE

Most full suites begin at $2,500 and unfold over four to six months from booking to delivery.

A detailed pricing guide is shared after our first conversation, tailored to the pieces and finishes that suit your celebration. Custom website design and day-of paper details are tailored separately to the needs of each celebration.

  • Most couples reach out 9–12 months before their wedding, though we love hearing from you as soon as you have a date and venue. For weddings during peak season (May–October) or for larger custom illustration suites, earlier is better. We typically book 6–8 months in advance and only take a limited number of weddings each season to give every couple our full attention.

  • Yes, happily. While most of our work happens through video calls, in-person meetings, and carefully coordinated shipping, we love being part of destination weddings and have created suites for celebrations across the country and abroad. If you'd like day-of paper goods delivered or installed on site, travel can be arranged. We'll talk through what makes sense for your celebration.

  • Guest lists shift. It's part of planning, and we build flexibility into every project. We finalize quantities about two weeks before printing, so there's plenty of room to add or subtract along the way. If you need a few extra suites later (for last-minute additions or keepsakes), we can absolutely accommodate, with pricing based on the additional pieces.

  • Absolutely! We love collaborating with planners and consider them part of the team. We'll loop your planner into timelines, mood boards, and production schedules at whatever level you'd like, and we're always happy to coordinate directly with them on day-of pieces, installations, and signage. Many of our favorite projects have come from these partnerships.

  • Yes. Many of our couples pair their printed suite with a custom wedding website and digital RSVP system, designed in the same illustrated style so the experience feels cohesive from inbox to mailbox. We can scope this together during our first conversation.

  • Each suite is quoted individually based on the pieces, finishes, and quantities you choose. A typical full suite includes save the dates, the main invitation suite, and day-of paper goods, with custom illustration, design, paper, printing, and assembly. A detailed pricing guide is shared after our first conversation.
